Cyber Strike: An Intergalactic Space Opera Adventure (Cerberus Book #3) by Andy Peloquin Book Review 07, Aug

4/5

CYBER STRIKE is the third novel in the Cerberus series. Nolan Garrett is a cybernetically enhanced assassin who was crippled during the last great interstellar war. Now employed by the Nyzarian Empire's security bureau, he kills their enemies in order to try to negotiate for his brother's release from a maximum security prison. Aiding him in this plan is his artificial intelligence, Taia, and his newly acquired Space Marine companion Bex.

Traitor's Fate (Queen of Thieves #4) by Andy Peloquin Book Review 31, May

TRAITOR'S FATE is the final novel in the QUEEN OF THIEVES series by Andy Peloquin. I've been a huge fan of these books since I first picked up CHILD OF THE NIGHT GUILD. They follow Ilanna, a young girl who grows into a strong woman after she is literally sold to the sinister organization that rules the city streets of Praamis. I love fantasy thieves guilds and this is one of the best representations of one, half-mafia and half-ninja that our antiheroine has slowly risen through the ranks of. It's almost a shame to put an end to her stories.

Terminal Secrets: An Intergalactic Space Opera Adventure (Cerberus #2) by Andy Peloquin Book Review 19, May

I was a big fan of CERBERUS: ASSASSINATION PROTOCOL when it came out a few months ago and pre-ordered the sequel after I finished it. It was a solid gritty space opera story about an assassin working for a corrupt government and it ended on a cliffhanger. Now the sequel has arrived on my Kindle and I swiftly read it through in a single day. I very much enjoyed it and while I have a few issues, I am all ready for the third book in the series.
